The Ipswich Choral Society collects personal information as part of its site registration function. Registered users are entitled to use the members web site. The information is used for emailing registered users on an occasional basis. Where a registered user is a member of the Society, it may also be used by the Society’s Committee for updating the user’s contact details.

The information that is collected is not shared with third parties. Technical security measures are used to protect the information that is stored on this site. Web site user tracking technology, such as the use of cookies, is not used.

Any registered user wishing to view, edit or delete the information that is held about them on this web site may do so by sending an email request to the site administrator. We will endeavour to comply with your request within 48 hours.

The Ipswich Choral Society respects your privacy. If you should have cause for complaint, please email the Chairman in the first instance, and we will investigate on your behalf.
